What is included in our 10 Day Panchakarma Retreat

  • Nadi Pariksha (Pulse Assessment) with expert Vaidyas (Ayurvedic Practitioner, BAMS) to design your customized 10 day program. based on your health and specific needs
  • Online video consultation one month prior to start date providing a preparation program of lifestyle/herbs to follow before on site detox begins
  • 10 Ayurvedic bodywork therapies selected based on your needs (such as Abhyanga - body massage, Swedana - herbal steam bath, Shirodhara, Marma - touch point therapy, Head Massage, Pain Management Bastis - for back, knees, etc.) by our caring and professionally trained Sri Sri Ayurveda therapists
  • Detox procedures with the guidance of our team
  • Daily yoga, meditation and pranayama group classes with specific mudras, pranayamas and asanas recommended for your needs
  • Simple and nourishing vegetarian Ayurvedic meals to support your Panchakarma detox journey
  • Serene environment and quiet nature surroundings to relax into (trails and lakes to enjoy), group walking tours
  • Accommodation on-site
  • Group lessons on Ayurveda and Dinacharya (daily routines)
