Ayurveda Detox Retreat

Join us for a deeply transformative 9-day Ayurvedic Panchakarma Retreat—an immersive journey into detoxification, rejuvenation, and inner balance. Rooted in the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda, this retreat is carefully designed to cleanse the body, calm the mind, and restore a natural state of harmony.

This experience offers a structured and authentic approach to Panchakarma, guiding participants step-by-step through preparation, purification, and rejuvenation therapies under expert supervision.

The journey begins with a warm Ayurvedic welcome and orientation, introducing the principles of Ayurvedic living and the intention behind the detox process. Early in the retreat, participants receive a personalized Nadi Pareeksha (pulse diagnosis) to understand individual constitution and imbalances, allowing therapies to be tailored accordingly.

As the days unfold, participants are guided through Sneha Pana (internal oleation)—a deeply nourishing process that prepares the body for detox, alongside specialized treatments such as Abhyanga (warm oil massage), Shirodhara (continuous oil flow on the forehead), and therapeutic Marma and Meru treatments, which work on vital energy points and the spine to release stored tension and enhance energy flow.

Daily Ayurvedic lectures provide insight into the science behind these practices, offering practical knowledge to support long-term health and well-being.Midway through the retreat, the body reaches optimal readiness for the detox—a powerful cleansing process that eliminates accumulated toxins.

Post-detox, the focus shifts to restoration and grounding through therapies such as calming head treatments, combined with a carefully designed Ayurvedic diet to rebuild strength and vitality.

The retreat concludes with a gentle integration phase, leaving participants feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply rejuvenated.
