
Rashmi Nagendra
Rashmi Nagendra has been associated with the Art of Living Foundation for over 21 years and has been a trained teacher under the guidance of Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar for the past several years. She teaches a variety of programs, including the Art of Living Part I course, youth empowerment courses, the holistic cooking course, and the advance course now known as Art of living Part II Silence course.
Rashmi is also trained marma therapist, offering deep healing through the ancient Ayurveda art of touch therapy. She is also passionate about chanting of ancient Sanskrit mantras that elevate the environment and promote the inner peace.
With a cheerful and service-oriented attitude, Rashmi has volunteered in numerous Art of Living projects across India, the United States and Canada. Her “yes” mindset, radiant smile, and enthusiasm for service consistently uplift and inspire those around her. She encourages everyone to contribute selflessly whenever there is a need, embodying the spirit of seva (service) in every aspect of her life.
