Pamela Gooria
Inspired by the teachings of Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Pamela left a successful career in robotics to dedicate her life to sharing the transformative wisdom of yoga, meditation, and selfless service.
For more than two decades, she has been an active contributor to the Art of Living movement. In 2002, she founded the first yoga club at McGill University, later managed the Art of Living Centre in Montreal, and has guided countless individuals toward greater well-being, inner peace, and lasting happiness.
With Gurudev’s blessings, Pamela and her husband, Antoine, continue to serve the community by teaching Art of Living programs and creating spaces that inspire learning, personal growth, and inner transformation.
Pamela teaches a wide range of Art of Living programs for adults, teens, and children, including the Art of Living Course, Sahaj Samadhi Meditation, and the Silence Program, as well as youth programs such as SKY Kids, SKY Teens, and the Intuition Process. Through workshops, retreats, and community initiatives, she has shared these life-enriching practices with thousands of participants across Canada.
