Melinda Quintal

Melinda Quintal, a certified Yoga Alliance teacher trained in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, creates a collaborative space in her weekly classes. Students often describe feeling like they’ve landed in an invigorating oasis after each session. Melinda achieves this by actively checking in with her students’ needs and preferences, dynamically adapting her classes accordingly.
Beyond her yoga practice, Melinda’s passion extends to her work with the Art of Living foundation. Through her teaching, she enthusiastically shares the foundation’s vision of a peaceful and stress-free society built upon shared human values. Her dedication extends far and wide, as she has taught courses in Canada, Mexico, Portugal, and Egypt.
