Jennifer Koh

Jennifer is a leadership, change management and resilience consultant and certified professional coach, who is passionate about helping individuals and organizations discover the gifts in adversity, change and chaos. She has worked across industries enabling organizations to build resilient and  psychologically healthy workplaces.  Jenn is an Art of Living, Sri Sri Yoga and breathwork instructor and Marma practitioner, who has been volunteering with the Art of Living Foundation since 2009.  She has been formally meditating and practicing yoga since 1996 and integrates Vedic wisdom into personal and workplace development programs. Jennifer has volunteered with grass roots organizations in Southern Africa, India and Canada, with a focus on education and empowering women and youth from marginalized Indigenous communities.   She is also an artist, writer, photographer, dancer and hiker, who regularly immerses herself in nature where she finds great solace, healing and wisdom. Her studies span the fields of psychology, healthcare, Vedic sciences, equine facilitated wellness, inter-species communication, ecosystems approaches to health, Indigenous wisdom, business, human resources, and alternative healing modalities.  Jennifer grew up in Southern Africa, immigrated to Canada in 2006, now lives in the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia, and has been blessed with two wonderful sons.
