Belén Montefalcone
Belén Montefalcone is a certified Art of Living Yoga, breathwork, and meditation instructor with over 25 years of personal practice and 15 years of teaching experience. Her transformative journey with Yoga and Ayurveda began as a path to healing, and she is now dedicated to sharing these practices to promote well-being and resilience.
Belén has facilitated programs for over 10,000 participants worldwide and is engaged in research with the University of Toronto and the Atlas Institute, studying the impact of SKY Breath Meditation on first responders with PTSD.
An entrepreneur at heart, Belén founded an eco-adventure tourism company in Europe in her early 20s, combining her love for nature, the outdoors, and adventure. Through her dynamic approach, she empowers individuals to live balanced, fulfilling, and joyful lives.
