The Weekend Reset: Restore with Ayurveda & Breath

Step away from the noise of daily life and enter a weekend of deep restoration, clarity, and inner balance. This intimate 3-day retreat is designed as a powerful yet accessible reset, blending the transformative breathwork of Sudarshan Kriya with the timeless healing wisdom of Ayurveda. From the moment of arrival, Participants are gently guided into a space of slowing down, reconnecting, and recharging at every level of your being.

The journey begins with a warm arrival and an introduction to Ayurveda, offering insight into one’s unique constitution and the foundations of holistic well-being. Participants will then be guided through a structured breath program designed to release stress, enhance clarity, and elevate your energy.

Throughout the retreat, participants will move between breathwork and deeply restorative Ayurvedic therapies including Abhyanga (warm oil massage), Shirodhara (gentle oil flow therapy), and Nadi Pareeksha (pulse assessment). These treatments are designed to calm the nervous system, support detoxification, and restore balance at a profound level.

Additional therapies such as Marma and Shiroabhyanga (head massage) further support deep relaxation and energetic alignment. The experience is designed to unfold naturally, allowing the system to reset and rejuvenate.

Set in a peaceful and supportive environment, this weekend retreat offers a rare opportunity to pause, reset, and return to self, feeling deeply nourished from within.
