Sanyam 2 in Gurudev’s Presence

Sañyam 2 is a specially designed program that is a combined practice of Dhāraṇā (concentration), Dhyāna (meditation) and Samādhi (union). The profound meditations of this program act as keys that open the doors to the blossoming of consciousness.

Eligibility

Completion of Sanyam 1 and regular practice of the techniques.
A minimum of 2 months of integration time is required between your first Sanyam course and Sanyam-2.
Physical and mental readiness to comfortably participate in multiple Padmasadhana sessions daily.

It is also recommended to listen to or read Gurudev’s Patanjali Yoga Sutra commentaries.

Participants should wear pure white clothing during 3 days of Sanyam 2 program.
Women whose menstrual cycle is expected to coincide with the Sanyam-2 course dates are advised to register for a future course. If your cycle begins during the course, you will need to discontinue participation in accordance with program guidelines and notify the Reception Desk immediately. You will receive a credit to attend a future Sanyam-2 program; however, accommodation and meal costs are non-transferable and non-refundable, as these are prepaid once the course begins. Please plan accordingly, as all food, accommodation, and travel expenses remain your responsibility. No refunds are available for this course.

Are you a USA Resident? *	At Registration/Reception desk, you will be required to provide your ID (Driver's license or passport). Your residency declaration must match with your ID.
Special Diet Needs? *	Our special diet is gluten-free, vegan and nut-free. If you have celiac disease, a severe nut allergy, or any other special dietary requirement other than the above 3 options, please write to the Centre to check if we will be able to accommodate your request (retreat@artofliving.ca). Note that we do not have a separate kitchen for those with severe allergies and cannot guarantee there will be no cross contamination.
Requested Roommates	The requested roommates must be registered and must have listed you as their roommate. Room allocation will be made on a best-effort basis and is not guaranteed.
Do you need translation? *	The program will be conducted in English. Please select your preferred translation language from the available options, or choose "No" if you do not require translation.
Are you bringing your vehicle to come to the Centre? *
Note for rented vehicle:	If you are renting, please answer "Rented" for all car related questions and email the license plate number, make, model and color of your car to this address: transportation@artofliving.ca as soon as you have it.

Prerequisite Sanyam - 2 *	I confirm that I have completed the Art of Living Sanyam 1 course, am a regular practitioner, and that there is/will be a minimum gap of two months between my Sanyam 1 course and this Sanyam 2 courseCheck if you have completed Sanyam 1, two months prior to Sanyam 2 start date and you are regular practitioner.
No smoking, No Alcohol, Non-Violence guidelines *	I / We understand and agree that smoking, alcohol, recreational drugs, and meat products, including fish and eggs, are strictly prohibited on the Centre premises. The Centre also maintains a strict no-harassment and no-violence policy, covering both verbal and physical conduct. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in immediate removal from the premises, with no refund of course or visitor fees. The Centre's decision in such matters will be final.
Health Declaration	I represent that I am in good health, and I will inform the course instructor of any limiting health conditions before the course begins.

Gurudev visit Program Cancellation and Refund Policy	A $100 administrative fee applies to all refunds, except when the Art of Living Foundation cancels or reschedules a course. To receive a refund, a written request must be submitted at least 7 days before the retreat arrival date. Requests received within 7 days are non-refundable. No refunds are issued without a written request submitted before retreat arrival date. For hotel packages, we will try to fill your vacancy. If unsuccessful, accommodation and related costs (e.g., shuttles) are non-refundable. The rest of your registration may be refunded according to the above policy.
