Prerequisite Sanyam 1 *	I confirm that I have completed each of the Art of Happiness/Part 1 retreat, Art of Silence/Part 2 Retreat and Sahaj Retreat.Check if you have completed each of the Art of Happiness/Part 1 retreat, Art of Silence/Part 2 Retreat and Sahaj Retreat.

No smoking, No Alcohol, Non-Violence guidelines *	I / We understand and agree that smoking, alcohol, recreational drugs, and meat products, including fish and eggs, are strictly prohibited on the Centre premises. The Centre also maintains a strict no-harassment and no-violence policy, covering both verbal and physical conduct. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in immediate removal from the premises, with no refund of course or visitor fees. The Centre's decision in such matters will be final.
Health Declaration	I represent that I am in good health, and I will inform the course instructor of any limiting health conditions before the course begins.

2026 Cancellation and Refund Policy	A $100 administrative fee applies to all refunds, except when the Art of Living Foundation cancels or reschedules a course. To receive a refund, a written request must be submitted at least 7 days before the program check-in date. Requests received within 7 days are non-refundable. No refunds are issued without a written request submitted before check-in date.
