Curate your days with yoga, meditation, guided breathing practices, nature walks, creative workshops, nourishing vegetarian meals, and soul-soothing Ayurveda treatments—or embrace the joy of doing nothing at all. Come alone or with someone you love; either way, you’ll find yourself supported by a serene atmosphere, a welcoming community, and a space intentionally designed to bring you back to balance.
As part of your stay, you’ll also enjoy access to life-enhancing classes that reduce stress, sharpen mental focus, uplift your spirit, and strengthen overall well-being. Plus, you can schedule a complimentary 20-minute Ayurvedic Marma touch-point therapy session, offered in select time slots to deepen your renewal.
