Please note that this retreat is for families only.

All family members must be registered for one of the programs – Part 2 for Adults, Angels (4-7), SKY Kids (8-12), SKY Teens (13-17). Kids under 4 will need to come with a caregiver, other than the parent who is on Part 2.

There is no arrangement for childcare. Please write to the Centre at retreat@artofliving.ca if you are bringing a child under 4 with a caregiver. The child and caregiver will need to be registered with the Centre.
The Art of Living’s – Part 2 Program provides optimal conditions for quietening our mental chatter, going deep within and experiencing inner peace. The practice of silence has been used in different traditions and cultures throughout time as a unique pathway to personal discovery: consciously withdrawing our attention from outer distractions and observing silence for a few days can allow us to experience an extraordinary sense of physical, mental and spiritual renewal.

Pre-requisite:  Art of Living – Part 1 Program

Schedule:
Wednesday, March 13 – arrival
Sunday, March 17 – 2PM onwards departure
