The Art of Silence Course provides optimal conditions for quietening our mental chatter, going deep within and experiencing inner peace. The practice of silence has been used in different traditions and cultures throughout time as a unique pathway to personal discovery: consciously withdrawing our attention from outer distractions and observing silence for a few days can allow us to experience an extraordinary sense of physical, mental and spiritual renewal.

07:00 am – Morning Sadhana / Practice (Yoga, Sudarshan Kriya)
08:30 am – Breakfast / Karma Yoga / Personal Time
10:30 am – Morning Session
01:00 pm – Lunch / Karma Yoga / Personal Time / Nature Walk
03:00 pm – Afternoon Session
06:00 pm – Dinner / Karma Yoga / Personal Time / Nature Walk
07:30 pm – Evening Session
09:30 pm – Bedtime
