Meru Chikitsa Practitioner Training

Module 1 & 2

Meru Chikitsa is an ancient Ayurvedic healing technique that focuses on restoring balance through light touches on the spine. This method enhances overall well-being by improving posture, spinal alignment, and energy levels while reducing pain and fatigue. It works on the body's meridians and circuits, promoting better mind-body connection and emotional health. It allows us to relax into our deepest nature, increases awareness, grants access to infinite energy, eliminating stress, disease and pain. Suitable for both healthy and unhealthy individuals.

Meru Chikitsa offers a holistic approach to addressing chronic and acute conditions without side effects. Practitioners will learn techniques to identify spinal patterns, release tension, and integrate stability into the system.
