March Break - Family Retreat (In English)

Family March Break Retreat
A special chance for families to learn, grow, and recharge together at the Art of Living Centre. Parents can join the transformative Art of Silence (Part 2) Retreat, while kids and teens enjoy a fun, enriching program blending yoga, confidence-boosting breath-work, and forest adventures—guided by our experienced team. The week begins with a lively Family Fun Day filled with games, challenges, and shared joy.

Art of Silence / Part 2 Retreat for Parents
Parents rejuvenate through the Art of Silence / Part 2 Retreat, quieting mental chatter and experiencing deep inner rest. Expect meaningful silence, time in nature, forest trails, snowshoeing, and skating.

Prerequisite: The Art of Silence course requires completion of the Art of Living Part 1 course. If you have not yet completed Part 1, you can still join by choosing the Stepping Into Silence program instead. Please select the “Upgrade to Stepping Into Silence” option below.
