Special Diet?	Our special diet is gluten-free, vegan and nut-free. If you have celiac disease, a severe nut allergy, or any other special dietary requirement other than the above 3 options, please write to the Centre to check if we will be able to accommodate your request (retreat@artofliving.ca). Note that we do not have a separate kitchen for those with severe allergies and cannot guarantee there will be no cross contamination.
No smoking, No Alcohol, Non-Violence guidelines	I / We understand and agree that smoking, alcohol, recreational drugs, and meat products, including fish and eggs, are strictly prohibited on the Centre premises. The Centre also maintains a strict no-harassment and no-violence policy, covering both verbal and physical conduct. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in immediate removal from the premises, with no refund of course or visitor fees. The Centre's decision in such matters will be final.
