More than simply not speaking, silence is a conscious pause from all forms of communication, including digital interactions, eye contact, and gestures. Its a powerful technique to step back from reactive mode and rather become witness to your thoughts and emotions and reconnect with your deeper self. As the mind settles, stress dissolves, clarity emerges, and emotional resilience naturally grows.

Guidance on Choosing the appropriate Retreat
In shorter retreats, the course may end just as this inner transformation starts to deepen. Longer, more intensive retreats provide the time and space for the process to fully unfold, allowing participants to settle into profound stillness, joy, and inner peace.

Many participants of the 6-day and 10-day Intensive Silence Retreats describe them as significantly more powerful and transformative than shorter silence retreats, with benefits that extend well beyond the retreat itself.

Retreat Schedule:
Arrival : Post 2 pm ET, December 25, 2026
Begins: 6.30 pm, December 25, 2026
Ends: By 2 pm on December 28, 30 and January 03 for the 4, 6 and 10 days retreats respectively.
Departure: By 4 pm on respective end dates.

Prerequisite: One Art of Living Part 2 / Art of Silence Retreat *	I have completed at least one Art of Living Part 2 or Silence retreat
No smoking, No Alcohol, Non-Violence guidelines *	I / We understand and agree that smoking, alcohol, recreational drugs, and meat products, including fish and eggs, are strictly prohibited on the Centre premises. The Centre also maintains a strict no-harassment and no-violence policy, covering both verbal and physical conduct. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in immediate removal from the premises, with no refund of course or visitor fees. The Centre's decision in such matters will be final.
Health Declaration	I represent that I am in good health, and I will inform the course instructor of any limiting health conditions before the course begins.

2026 Cancellation and Refund Policy	A $100 administrative fee applies to all refunds, except when the Art of Living Foundation cancels or reschedules a course. To receive a refund, a written request must be submitted at least 7 days before the program check-in date. Requests received within 7 days are non-refundable.
