Special Diet? *	Our special diet is gluten-free, vegan and nut-free. If you have celiac disease, a severe nut allergy, or any other special dietary requirement other than the above 3 options, please write to the Centre to check if we will be able to accommodate your request (info@artofliving.ca). Note that we do not have a separate kitchen for those with severe allergies and cannot guarantee there will be no cross contamination.
Requested Roommates	The requested roommates must be registered and must have listed you as their roommate. Room allocation will be made on a best-effort basis and is not guaranteed.

How did you hear about us?
No smoking, No Alcohol, Non-Violence guidelines *	I / We understand and agree that smoking, alcohol, recreational drugs, and meat products, including fish and eggs, are strictly prohibited on the Centre premises. The Centre also maintains a strict no-harassment and no-violence policy, covering both verbal and physical conduct. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in immediate removal from the premises, with no refund of course or visitor fees. The Centre's decision in such matters will be final.
Health Declaration	I represent that I am in good health, and I will inform the course instructor of any limiting health conditions before the course begins.

Gurudev visit Program Cancellation and Refund Policy	A $100 administrative fee applies to all refunds, except when the Art of Living Foundation cancels or reschedules a course. To receive a refund, a written request must be submitted at least 7 days before the retreat arrival date. Requests received within 7 days are non-refundable. No refunds are issued without a written request submitted before retreat arrival date. For hotel packages, we will try to fill your vacancy. If unsuccessful, accommodation and related costs (e.g., shuttles) are non-refundable. The rest of your registration may be refunded according to the above policy.
