Enjoy delicious healthy vegetarian meal in your home-away-from-home in the enchanting Mauricie region! Meals are served at the following approximate times: Breakfast at 8:45 a.m. Lunch at 1pm Dinner at 6:30 p.m. Kindly place your reservation at least 3 hours in advance. Please note that the kitchen is usually closed on Tuesdays.

When: Saturdays Schedule: • 5:30 pm: Sudarshan Kriya session (open only to HP/YES+/SKY Breath Meditation graduates) - Free of charge • 6:30 pm: Supper - Free of charge • 7:30 pm: Satsang / Chanting - Free of charge Kindly place your reservation 24 hours before dinner.
