Sri Sri Ayurveda Technician Training 1
With Ann Revington and Elisabeth Jaeger

The objective of this training is to enable students to work as practitioners of six very effective Ayurvedic treatments:
- 2-hands and 4-hands Abhyanga
- Shirodhara
- Karna Purna
- Katti Basti
- Hrid Basti
More than simply performing treatments and massages, students will be taught the first 4 important principles of Ayurveda:
- The Samkhya philosophy
- The three doshas
- The three gunas
- The sources of imbalance
This 16-day training gives the tools to recognize and honor the basic constitutional types, teach self-care routines and receive an introduction into running an ayurvedic practice.
