If you develop any COVID symptoms prior to arriving at the Centre, please cancel your trip and inform us immediately. All guests will receive temperature screenings upon arrival and be asked to fill out a health waiver. Guests on property will be monitored for symptoms and possible exposure periodically. If they show any symptoms, they will be asked to leave the premises and seek medical advice immediately.

The Art of Silence course provides optimal conditions for going deep within, quieting our mental chatter, and experiencing profound rest and inner silence.

07:00 am – Morning Sadhana / Practice (Yoga, Sudarshan Kriya)

08:30 am – Breakfast / Karma Yoga / Personal Time

10:30 am – Morning Session

01:00 pm – Lunch / Karma Yoga / Personal Time / Nature Walk

03:00 pm – Afternoon Session

06:00 pm – Dinner / Karma Yoga / Personal Time / Nature Walk

07:30 pm – Evening Session

09:30 pm – Bedtime
