Intensive Silence Retreat 4, 6 & 10 days

This program is designed for the experienced meditator who has done at least one Art of living Part 2 or Art of Silence Program, and is looking to take their experience to a whole new depth.  Compared to Part 2 four days silence course, this program is designed to be more intensive, with more and longer meditations. Participants dive into silence at the beginning of the course itself.

Guidance on Choosing the appropriate Retreat
During a Silence Retreat, the initial days often involve the release of accumulated fatigue and stress—physically, mentally, and emotionally. This period allows for deep cleansing. It is usually only after the first two or three days that a sense of true rest and lightness begins to emerge. Just as this peaceful, joyful state starts to deepen, the course may come to an end, requiring a return to daily routines.

Longer, more intensive retreats allow this process to unfold more fully. Rather than ending just as the experience begins to deepen, the journey continues—offering the opportunity to immerse more deeply in the light, joyful, and blissful state that arises. Inner stillness becomes more firmly established, leading to a more enduring transformation.

Many participants of the 6-day or 10-day Intensive Silence Retreats report that these longer formats offer a far more powerful and profound experience than shorter silence retreats.
