Inner Reset: Ayurveda, Breath and Silence Retreat

Join us for a deeply immersive 6-day Ayurvedic and Breath and Silence Retreat an elevated journey into purification, stillness, and inner renewal. Carefully designed to guide participants from activity into profound silence, this retreat weaves together the wisdom of Ayurveda, the transformative power of breath through Sudarshan Kriya, and the healing depth of guided silence. It is an invitation to slow down, cleanse gently, and reconnect with your natural state of balance and clarity.

Your journey begins with an introduction to Ayurvedic living, understanding your unique mind-body constitution and the principles that govern true health. As the days unfold, you will be guided through a structured Sudarshan Kriya Breath program, where participants will learn powerful rhythmic breathing techniques that release stress, restore emotional balance, and elevate your energy.

Alongside this, the participants experience authentic Ayurvedic therapies designed to detoxify, nourish, and deeply relax the nervous system.Midway through the retreat, you will gently transition into silence—a sacred space where the mind settles and awareness deepens. Supported by gentle detox, knowledge of chakras, meditations, subtle therapies, and a nurturing environment, silence becomes a profound experience of presence, clarity, and inner stillness.

The Participants will explore practical Ayurvedic wisdom through a guided cooking session and lifestyle teachings, empowering you to integrate these practices into your daily life. The retreat concludes with a gentle re-emergence from silence, leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply restored.

Surrounded by a peaceful natural setting and supported by expert guidance, this retreat offers a rare opportunity to step away from external noise and return to yourself.

This is more than a retreat, it is a complete reset of body, breath, and mind.
