This three day retreat introducing the Health Cure program within the fresh air of the Laurentian Mountains and meditative environment of the Art of Living Retreat Centre will give your body the opportunity to rapidly rid itself of toxins and eliminates poisons from the mind.
The program is inspired by naturopathic principles and practises to enable the body to release pain and regain its natural immunity. The blood becomes pure and fluid and the thought clear and lucid. The body is rejuvenated and becomes sensitive. This program helps us to remain forever young and to rediscover the supremacy of natural instinct. It also enables us to reconnect with our true values and to be in better harmony with Mother Nature.
