The Art of Wholesome Eating is an empowering course bursting with knowledge from the lively ayurvedic tradition!
It offers specific tools for your own constitution and kindles the fun of effortlessly cooking with nutritious ingredients from around the globe to create delectable, energy-supporting meals.
It is a program of five lessons, designed to help those who are interested in switching to a vegetarian diet by incorporating an approach from the Ayurvedic system of health care. Ayurveda recognizes that each of us is unique with different needs. The course explains the different types of constitutions and addresses many issues of diet, teaching how to recognize our own imbalances and how we can help correct them through appropriate food and lifestyle choices.
According to Ayurveda, our food is charged from the way it is grown, harvested, cooked and eaten. So, what we choose to buy, cook and consume is of main importance for our energy levels.
